Disappointed long-time customer here. I have been taking multiple vehicles to the service department for over a decade. I have always been happy with my service. Until now. I had my air conditioner compressor go out just days into the summer heat. I know that taking my vehicle to the dealership is going to cost a premium price, but I e always been willing because this dealership has had quick turn around. I was told after the initial diagnostic that my truck would be repaired in two days. I called in the afternoon two days later and Bryce told me that it was being worked on, but the mechanic would need another day. The next day, he called and informed me that it would take another two days. After that he stopped calling. I ended up leaving a number of messages (Bryce was never available), he finally got back to me with more excuses but little information. All told my 2 day repair took almost two weeks. In the mean time I called around to different garages. I found out the same repair at three other repair shops were significantly less. 2 at 30%, and 1 at 40% less. Both of the shops that were 30% cheaper went out of their way to inform me that the compressor would have a lifetime guarantee, the third offered a two year warrantee. They all told me the repair would be around five days. So, I could have saved money and time had I gone with one of them. The kicker is, when I finally was able to retrieve my truck, they surprised me with 2.5% charge for using a credit card. They never warned me or told me to bring cash or a check. Now I was at the checkout with no truck and no ride to go get a different form of payment. I had to eat the obvious price gouge. So, I was a bit hot when I got my receipt. I read it and was a little shocked not to see any information about guarantees or warranties. I had to ask. The salespeople working in the service department told me there was a 2 year warranty but it was for the compressor only, and if something went wrong I would be responsible for labor. This garage used to be high quality with customer service as a priority. I don't blame the employees though. While I was in the service department moral seemed to be extremely low. The person at that processed my receipt openly insisted that the 2.5% surcharge came from managers "upstairs" before complaining how he always bears the brunt of upset customers. Later he exclaimed to multiple customers how bored he was. There was another employee who was openly disgruntled when the manager asked him to retrieve one of the finished vehicles, and only complied when the manager asked him if he was "on the clock?" The entire atmosphere felt like the DMV or a family court waiting area. My interactions with Bryce and the other team members in the service department made me feel like I was a hassle or a difficult customer when all I wanted was more information. I remember this place being light and exciting. I don't have any desire to go back I'll take my business somewhere that still cares about customers.

BUYER BEWARE: SHADY AND SLIMY-this dealership added a $699 “concierge fee” to the contract without disclosing it upfront. During financing, we were told this charge was part of the extended warranty, which was misleading. This experience felt highly unprofessional and deceptive. I had to push hard to have the fee removed, and the manager’s response was dismissive and disrespectful throughout the process. He was condescending and rude, yelling and belittling me in the process. If you’re considering purchasing from them, review your paperwork carefully and question any unexpected charges. I can tell the place we traded it the time frame and he continues to argue and states I can just take it somewhere else to get repaired. Ray took me right in, called me after a short time, advised me I had a failing high pressure fuel pump. I was in a bind needing my vehicle for the Labor Day trip planned. I at first went through their chat system and was reassured find employee name Olivia Martin but I would be contacted, after several days I wasn't so I called and explained this, twice wants to the receptionist and then to the technician person she handed me over to, who before even talking and he said this wasn't something that was open covered by warranty and work they'd do. well according to the nhtsa and attorneys for legal services from my union, the law clearly states that if and when they do this type of repair and it fails and needs a repair, and the re-repair is in the same scope of the previous repair, and the vehicle is less than 15 years old in the date of purchase, they are in fact obliged to repair it if it fails... well not according to Andy, who was rude dismissive obviously didn't want to deal with the problem and said I'd have to contact GM but that just wasn't something that they were dealing with at the dealership level. well I'm in the course of not just contacting GM but I'm also going to Lodge a complaint with the NHTSA, and also the better Business bureau, which coincidentally they have lost their accreditation with because of not addressing problems just like this and denying responsibility or service obligations just like my situation. after I'm done with all of that I get my vehicle repaired and then I'm going to take them to small claims / civil court recover my money and some damages and compensation for my time, or something they refuse to do that they are legally obligated to do. so not only do they care about being ethical and following through, they don't care about the law either. it's a scummy way to do business, STAY AWAY from these people they are TERRIBLE.

We asked Mitch Dearvalla for the 2nd key fob, he said he would check into this while we were signing paperwork. We signed the buyers guide which spells out any other items promised as part of the sale, trusting that Mitch would do as promised. When we asked about the keys on the way out after signing and was told that there was no 2nd set. We traded 2 vehicles as part of our transaction, a Chevy truck and a Cadillac sport coupe. Mitch accepted our Cadillac trade sight unseen, viewing only photos of the car. The Cadillac was in the body shop for a minor repair. He told us to bring the car down to the dealership when it was finished. We brought the car to Mitch a week or so later and he proceeded to tell us that we didn't represent the vehicle accurately, as there was damage all-around the vehicle and that they had to spend $1000 to get it sale ready. This is xx. The car was in immaculate shape for a 10 yr old car with only 40K miles on it. We disclosed the vehicle condition accurately and Mitch even viewed photos prior to trade. Funny, he didn't mention anything about damage. When we dropped the car off, we went into the dealership to talk with the sales manager about our 2nd set of keys for the vehicle we purchased. We also had our 2nd key sets for our trade vehicles, as well as all service records. Gunner told us that used vehicles don't include a 2nd key or an owners manual. That's funny, we have ours. And if we aren't getting a 2nd set for our new vehicle, you aren't getting our 2nd keys sets for our trades. Gunner did not care and told us to do what we need to do. That is crappy customer service. Fast forward 3 weeks.... I received a call from my bank,advising me of my past due payment on our 2 vehicles and that they were putting the accounts into collections and reporting delinquency to our credit bureau. I immediately called Henderson Chevrolet and got transferred to everyone except the finance department. I finally reached Kathy Bugarin in the business office and advised her of my phone call with my bank. After being put on hold, she came back and said that she found our payoff checks in the bottom of their 'to do' pile and that they forgot about completing our payoff transaction to our bank. I was 2 days away from a ding on my credit for non payment, due to the incompetence of the ENTIRE team at Henderson Chevrolet. How long would it take them to complete our transaction if I had not called to ask about it? 2nd key was $300; owners manual was $70. Tack those charges on to the $100k+ truck that we purchased. Rude, liars that work very hard to screw over their customers. If you are considering a purchase at Henderson Chevrolet, I HIGHLY urge you to take your business somewhere else!!!

I bought my car here a year and a half ago and sure everyone is nice when you're buying a car. I came to have it serviced one of my tires looked at so I called ahead of time to see if they had any spots available and the guy said to come on right in no problem.... When I get there he proceeds to tell me that nothing is covered anymore and I said fine I just need someone to look at my tire. Two and a half hours later I asked them how long it would be and they haven't even looked at the car yet... So why you tell me to come in if you don't have time for me I could have came in on a different day. Anyways some guy in the waiting room, a car salesman, ask me if I want a new car and I say no I got one last year, then he looked up my warranties and told me that I had canceled them yes I canceled them because it was an 8% interest rate it's cheaper to just pay up front then pay 8% interest rate on this huge car purchase big deal.. well he tells me that I listened to the peanut gallery when I canceled and then he became very rude because I did not want to buy a new car. Meanwhile I am 6 months pregnant so the fact that he was rude to me came off is really aggressive because I was so calm and polite. I'm never coming back to this dealership again and I'm going to buy my next car at a different Chevrolet. And no it never got looked at because I had to go into work.

Called ahead to schedule an appointment for a smog check, I was told to just go in and they will get it done, no appointment was necessary. I drove in and waited for 2 hours, when I asked the service advisor he asked me what ever happened with my truck, he went in to the back and drove right out. Complete lack of accountability on the service manager who approved everything. They do not follow through with what they say they will. You will be told one thing but the next week the manager will act like the conversation never happened. Forget about getting email responses that actually answer the questions you are asking. This is one of the most unprofessional service centers I’ve dealt with and gives Chevy a bad name. Angered and unimpressed with his dealership. I am person that come from the dealership world but not being from Vegas I have trusted my car to Henderson. Recently I had a coolant leak. Brought my vehicle to this dealership and trusted them to fix the leak. Paid $2485 to fix the problem which was NEVER fixed. I had been smelling a weird smell and looked under the hood only to see my coolant reservoir was low and needed coolant added. Took my car back to the dealership and was told that it would cost another $550 to fix the problem which was NEVER fixed to begin with. Expressed with class to the Service Advisor that I wasn't taken care of and Andy proceeds to tell me that if I feel that way I can come and pick the car up. Wait? What? So you have no desire at all to make this right. His answer is to simply tell me to come and get my car. Of course when I arrived he wasn't there a short time later. Another gentleman helps me and tells me that I should have brought the car back for a coolant flush and possibly a hose replacement and they proceed to deflect talking about a oil leak. So I stopped him and asked what does a coolant flush have to do with my car still leaking coolant to which he admitted that it doesn't. So why tell me this. A coolant and replace a hose for $550 is beyond outrageous considering what I had already paid. Not to mention he handed me another quote to stop the oil leak (which I didn't pay them to do I paid for a coolant leak repair) and stop the coolant leak in the amount of an additional $2800. So let me summarize this you are charging me another $2800 to supposedly fix the $2485 repair that you didn't fix the first time. I declined to this and they brought my car to me. An hour later I was broke down on the side of the 15 with an engine running hot so now I can only assume that my vehicle was sabotaged because it broke down an hour later. Being back in the EXACT same position before I paid them $2485 to fix my car and it never was. WARNING to anyone who filters and get past the filters of the 5 stars. I have left a 5 star rating before but how hard is it to get a oil change wrong. I now understand how this place most especially their Service Writer's work. When I was checking my car in I noticed an gentleman talking to another Henderson Chevy Service Writer with some miliary medals on his desk and the Service writer was very condescending to the customer and I guess it's a culture thing at this dealership. I won't ever return here for reasons BUT I am making it a mission to let as many people as I know, meet or come across about this Service Department most notably Andy. #TAKE YOUR VEHICLE ELSEWHERE FOR REPAIRS!!! Beware: Just wanted to give a heads up to other GM/Chevrolet customers there is a difference between GM dealerships that you happen to land on. My situation: I had a huge trip planned in March 2022 to travel to Baja Mexico and drive my truck and SxS along the Baja Peninsula. Spent a lot of money and took several proactive measures in Feb to ensure my Truck and SxS were ready to go to avoid unplanned break downs etc. Took my 2014 Denali into Doug Smith Chevrolet Spanish Fork UT to proactively replace all fuel injectors since I had a few minor engine codes suggesting a rough idle. Drove the vehicle maybe 100 miles before leaving for Mexico on March 4th. I was pulling a medium size trailer of approx 6000pds and after about 200 miles I heard a whistling sound and air escaping from what I thought was a leaking vacuum hose and also saw an engine light turn on. Hooked up an ECU reader and found engine code P0300 on cylinder 5 immediately suspecting something to do with the new injectors?. I basically broke down in NV so I took my truck to the nearest GM dealer Henderson Chevrolet and told them I just replaced all the injectors and wanted a warrantee repair. Doug Smith gave me 24 month warrantee repair on parts and labor. Henderson Service Managers denied my request and said "we can't warrantee human error?" I said the warrantee covers both parts and labor yet they would not do it? Instead said it would cost another $1,300 to pull both injector banks and replace all the seals again. This was very frustrating as I had just paid 1800 a month earlier to get them all done before hand! Story gets worse: After they "repaired" my truck for the second time I drove perhaps 100 miles back to Utah and some of the injectors failed again and lost power and engine light came on again. I called Henderson for a refund for their "human error" this time and the refused to work with me again???? Out of desperation, drove my truck back under a dangerous condition with extremely hot exhaust gases escaping the injectors which destroyed the seals again. I again searched for the closest GM/Chevy dealer and found Stephan Wade Chevrolet in Saint George UT. Here is when my story finally gets a little brighter, ""a better ending to a very bad story." I met Service Advisor David Ottesen who immediately empathized my situation and said he would take care of me right away under GM warrantee without charging a single dollar! I was shocked to see such a 180 degree turn from my experience at Henderson who would not do anything without more money. By the next day Mr Ottesen call me back and said they found the issue and replaced a damaged/faulty injector without any cost to me. Excellent work! I got back in my truck and headed north to SLC with no further problems! What a difference one dealership makes ? One was customer focused while another was profit driven when they knew it was under warrantee. I am going to report this unfortunate incident to GM Corporate Office because they need to know and hopefully fix their dealerships service protocols to be consistent otherwise why even go to a dealer in the first place if you can't get the same support no matter what state happen to land in? They need to respond to customer service like Stephen Wade did for me. -longtime GM customer who's confidence was shaken a little 🙁

Great Customer Service from Brooke. As Far as purchasing a car, it was fairly easy once we decided on the right one. My wife and I traveled to Henderson from San Diego to specifically purchase a vehicle as the San Diego area is very limited in inventory. We test drove a Blue Equinox Premier. Fell in love with it so we told the sales agent that we wanted to proceed with purchasing the vehicle. Before we could proceed, the sales agent came to us and told us that her manager had told her they could not do out of state financing. Aparrently due to Covid they experienced some issues with out of state Californis DMVs. I'm not sure about the validity of the reason, it almost feels like maybe we were descriminated against because we are latinos and don't meet the profile the dealership wants to deal with. It doesn't make sense that the other dealerships don't have any issues with out of state financing but Henderson Chevrolet does. I was disappointed we could not purchase the vehicle. We literaly walked accross the street to the Cadillac dealership and purchased a Cadillac XT4. They had no issues with out of state financing and were perplexed when we told them about our experience at Henderson Chevrolet. I genuinely felt bad for the sales agent as she missed out on a sale that day because of this.

There's never going to be a situation where a dealership is perfect in all their dealings because at end of day they are there to make money!! I have had to think long and hard for months about a review because, I trusted these smiling faces, etc but let's not forget the devil was once an angel. I came there with a budget etc and they knew it and even while sitting in finance ofc being pressure to get a bunch of add insult we declined over and over they still screwed us with $6,000.00 of add insult we NEVER wanted but our excitement of having a new vehicle blinded us to not looking at that contract carefully. So when we cancelled this extra stuff we never wanted they were nice to refund a quarter of the cost back even though we NEVER used the product. As another example of being screwed we had just bought another vehicle from a different company and our Apr was 3% and at Henderson they bumped it with their vehicle to 8% all this money goes to the dealership . so yes ripping off people on social security fills their pockets but how can they sleep knowing people who trusted them they ripped off? I will never go there for nothing. I even have taken my vehicle to different dealer for service and recalls. My wife and I being naive and trusting hurt us but people READ that contract before signing don't be fooled by a smile and bottles of water . I am in process looking at options because we are under law senior citizens. Abuse is not condone.

This is worst automobile dealership I've ever exerienced. I've owned 4 Corvette Z06 Corvettes. Ny last one was wrecked and totaled and was towed to Chevrolet of Henderson. There the staff of the dealership helped themselves to unique parts on the car before it was taken to the salvage yard. After trying to discuss what happened to both the body shop and general manager, I was written off as a nuisance and never called back even once. This is worst automobile dealership I've ever exerienced. I've owned 4 Corvette Z06 Corvettes. Ny last one was wrecked and totaled and was towed to Chevrolet of Henderson. There the staff of the dealership helped themselves to unique parts on the car before it was taken to the salvage yard. After trying to discuss what happened to both the body shop and general manager, I was written off as a nuisance and never called back even once. If you want to deal with theifs and liars, go to Henderson Chevrolet. Upon 6 attempts to do business, we have never had a good experience. Don't waste your time working with this dealer. Customer service is worst we have ever experienced

After a terrible experience at another Chevy Dealership, I went to Henderson Chevrolet. Karl Roberts was my sales rep and showed me the 2 SUVs I was interested in. We were unable to come to an agreement that day but Karl and Shawn followed up and we were able to agree on terms the following day. Mike in finance made everything quick and simple (even though he’s a Buffalo Bills fan and he knew I was a Patriots fan) Brooke took the time to show my wife how to set everything up and answered all the questions we had. Overall it was a great car buying experience from a staff that knows how to deliver excellent customer service and make every guest feel welcome and appreciated. Thank you Karl, Shawn, Mike, and Brooke

Went to dealership to buy a advertised car they ran on TV. Had the car as advertised. Then they ad about $1000 worth of BS stuff on car. Bought the car for cash. No financing.. They asked for my social security number. I told them why do you need my social if I am paying cash. Said it has to be on record. I told them under any circumstances that I DO NOT WANT MY CREDIT RUN. They said that they would not need to because it was a cash transaction. The very next day I get a credit alert that my credit was run. I went nuts. I called the dealership and was lied to by the salesperson who made up some BS story. I left a bad rating for the dealership on their website. Heinrich calls me and offers me a free tint job to remove the feedback. I laughed at her offer. Days later the negative feedback was removed. Just another dishonest Las Vegas dealership.

You will be on your own once they have their money. I purchased a car from them, the add included an option for the front license plate holder to be included and I definitely wanted this. As I drove away with temporary plates I did not notice that it was not on the car. A month later and several calls to them and no one can bother to call back. All you get is voicemail. They have yet to provide me with a receipt showing the car has been paid in full. I was given a valid receipt for the first cashier's check. When I returned the next day to pay the balance all I have is a cash register type receipt for the second payment that does not state what the payment was for and told they would mail me something. The last time I needed a car title in Nevada it took less than 10 days for the titles for each of two cars, so when three weeks passed I left messages asking someone to call me back about my title. Of course, all voicemails as no one answers. No calls back about this either. I contacted the Nevada DMV to check on the title this morning and after a month from the purchase date they say they have not received any paperwork for a title to my car. What did I pay my $600 in fees to this dealership for paperwork for?
