We purchased a vehicle that did not have an owners manual or a 2nd key fob. We asked Mitch Dearvalla for the 2nd key fob, he said he would check into this while we were signing paperwork. We signed the buyers guide which spells out any other items promised as part of the sale, trusting that Mitch would do as promised. Remind me again how bad by experience was.... So 3 months ago I posted a review of buying a lemon and getting ripped off by the service department, only to have Terrance from the service department send me letter today as a reminder of my experience and asking me if I would like to sign up for a service agreement. Talk about tone deaf. So each time they send me a reminder of my experience with them, I will kindly write another review.

In December 2024, I had the pleasure of purchasing a new 2025 Chevy Blazer from Henderson Chevrolet. My entire experience was fantastic, but I especially want to recognize Garrett for an amazing job. He made sure the car was in stock and verified the price. On top of that, he was able to get the registration included, which another dealership was offering. I ended up getting the car I wanted and saved money, thanks to him. The entire process was quick, easy, and pleasant. I will be recommending Henderson Chevrolet and Garrett to all of my friends.

Adding insult to injury. Bought a used dually driver from them with under 50k miles. Before the first oil change, car broke down. I took it to them to see if the warranty they sold me covered the repair. They told me "No." And quoted me $3,200 to fix it. Then charged me over $200 just to tell me it wasn't covered. They will sell you junk and xxxx you at the service department. Stay away!

Called ahead to schedule an appointment for a smog check, I was told to just go in and they will get it done, no appointment was necessary. I drove in and waited for 2 hours, when I asked the service advisor he asked me what ever happened with my truck, he went in to the back and drove right out. Looking at the time of when the smog was done, it had been an hour prior. I wasted an extra hour of my time just because the advisor forgot to get my truck after it was ready.

From browsing vehicles to getting the pricing and overall deal I wanted, it was a lower stress process than previous lease agreements. Garrett was very chill and patient.

Kyle and Richard was very helpful give the run down of the vehicle. Had a very good experience.

Complete lack of accountability on the service manager who approved everything. They do not follow through with what they say they will. You will be told one thing but the next week the manager will act like the conversation never happened. Forget about getting email responses that actually answer the questions you are asking. This is one of the most unprofessional service centers I’ve dealt with and gives Chevy a bad name. Also Joe the sales person was overcharging on the car I wax getting a price quote on adding on things I didn’t want.

I had to take my bolt in. It was making a clicking sound, but it out of state they had it for a few days. When I went to pick it up, they’ve checked over everything nothing life-threatening still have the clicking sound was not charged a penny I will highly recommend Andy the service dealer to help you.

I took my Chevy Bolt into Henderson Chevrolet for service because the check engine light was illuminated. It's the dashboard icon that looks like a car. Later that day the service advisor called and said there was rodent damage to a wire and the repair was not covered by warranty. I had the most amazing experience with the collision center body shop. Jeremy Gresko was simply amazing. Star Nursery trucks rocks had poured over onto my car, breaking the windshield and doing some paint damage on my new Mazda. Not only did Jeremy arrange everything in a timely matter. The service is fast and thorough. I miss free car washes though. I have had greasy hand prints left, thankfully only on the outside of the vehicle.

Went in to Henderson Chevy Quick Lube for an oil change. Told my trans cooler lines needed replacing. Truck has over 100k miles on it. Made appointment and during the week had oil leaking. Had lines changed and mentioned oil leak from the filter and was told they didn't see a leak. It might have been from the trans cooler lines.

I bought my car from Henderson Cheverolet and it was great for about 6 months. Air conditioning problems every May. I take it to the dealership to fix and still having issues. They claim its because we live in the heat. Crap!!!

My battery was failing on my 2014 Chevy Impala .I called Bert Neal, he was able to get me in right away and send me home with a new battery within a very short period of time.

I took my car my 2021 brand new blazer in for service sitting in the waiting room for about three hours a couple with the three kids was there buying a new suburban this is Wednesday, March 17 nobody in the dealership asked this couple to put on a mask or wait outside they are coughing and sneezing all over the place their kids are running wild touching everything I called and left a message for the general manager got no reply back very disgusted with this dealership disappointed in all sales people including mine.

I brought my vehicle in for a basic oil change. When I left and got home my wife told me something was sticking out from under my equinox. When I look under there was a bar that was not connected under the chassis. I didn't want to drive it all the way back to the dealership that is 15 mile away. I was repeatedly told prices and then when the paperwork was given to me there was different prices on the paperwork. I also was not given a green slip to register my vehicle and not told when to expect it or how i would receive it.
