Although the dealership is under renovation, they have made adequate flow modifications with signage and safeguards for customers. Our salesperson, George Nazario, was ACES! Could not have asked for a better experience from him! The GSM, Peter, was also very helpful in the finalization of the deal and very pleasant to work with. New car demo was handled by Missie, and was very thorough. I have worked with Ray in service with a prior Chevy Tahoe and look forward to continue working with him on our Traverse. Very happy and outstanding job by all at this dealership!

I was very impressed with the way that business was handled at Henderson Chevrolet. James, Missy D., and the financial guy from Texas was very knowledgeable, professional, and welcoming; Michelle R. was a great help as well! I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of, or hassled, which is a familiar feeling, and stereotype, when visiting car dealerships. We, my husband and I, were very impressed with Jeniffer's enthusiasm and willingness to assist us when we went to the dealership earlier in the week to purchase a part for our Trail Blazer. We returned on Saturday to look for a new car and trade in the Trail Blazer and requested that Jennifer help us, because she was so nice to us on the previous visit. She did a supurb job meeting our needs and requests and finding us the Equinox that suited us. She and her finance manager (sorry, I have forgotten his name) did a great job explaining our options and putting together a deal we were comfortable with. Missy, verballly toured us through the On-Star features and other options that seemed such a mystery to us. She was patient and thorough. Everybody at the dealership was friendly, knowledgable and willing to assist.

This experience was far superior to any new or used vehicle purchase/lease experience I've ever had at any other dealership. Every employee I encountered went above and beyond to make me feel like a valued customer; every concern I had was addressed courteously and promptly, providing a successful and immediate resolution. The facility was very pleasant and offers some additional perks, such as a playroom and loaner iPads to make any waiting more pleasant and I love the Henderson Chevrolet app that let's me handle things like service appointments electronically. The vehicle itself is so great that several weeks later I am still just as excited to get in and drive it as the day I purchased it. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!

We received outstanding service from Eric Davenport, our salesman. He was very knowledgeable on the car's features and options. No high-pressure sales pitch of any kind. Just honest straight-forward answers to our questions. Larry Jansen and Jamie from financing got us the best financing available. They even beat our bank's rate. Missy, from vehicle delivery, explained each option and feature from front bumper to rear bumper. She is very knowledgeable of all the vehicle's features. Unfortunately, my wife was involved in a car accident back in April and totaled our Chevy-Cruze. Eric Grant (salesman) left such a nice impression during the purchase process of that vehicle that without hesitation I reached out to him once we were ready to purchase a new car. I called him and expressed my concerns and wants. He called me back and suggested the Malibu, my wife wanted a little bigger car. I bought a Malibu because (1) the great price I received, and (2) they sent to me an on-line quote. That's the way I prefer to do car shopping.
